WHAT IS THE OUTLIERS COLLECTIVE?

We set out to make wellbeing accessible and affordable to all businesses and their people. The Outliers Collective is our subscription-based, digital employee wellbeing and education community app.

WHY A SUBSCRIPTION MODEL?

Wellbeing for all

We want everyone to have access to world-class wellbeing provision. It doesn’t matter if your business is huge or tiny, we believe that everyone should have access to quality health & wellbeing provision.

Community

We’re not trying to flog you a quick wellbeing programme so that box can be ticked, we’re building something inclusive, special and even if I do say so myself, something amazing.

Trust

We need to earn your trust, there are no lengthy contracts to be signed here my friend. We understand that ‘s%!t happens’ in business and life, where you need the flexibility to do what you need to do.

 

 

WE USE THREE METHODS OF DELIVERY

EDUCATION

It is through wellbeing education that we can empower people to uplevel their health, happiness and performance.

All of the education inside The Collective is designed and delivered by experts.

Centred around one of our four pillars of wellbeing, we have ‘bite-size wellbeing’ sessions which include Q&A. Sessions will be also available to catch up ON DEMAND

ACTION

Think of ACTION as your wellbeing toolkit. This is where people can proactively take steps to improve their wellbeing and have fun in the process.

The toolkit will include a wide variety of live classes including:

Yoga, mobility, fitness, meditation, breathwork and cook-alongs.

Classes will be also available ON DEMAND

COMMUNITY

We can’t underestimate the power of community and its relationship to wellbeing.

Community provides support, motivation, inspiration, accountability, and connection.

Community is the lifeblood of The Collective as it allows for collaborative and peer-led learning which is proven to be more effective than self-study.
