Nick Witton is a performance coach and sleep specialist. He regularly consults across Europe for a number of FTSE 100 and 250 businesses and business leaders. Nick provides one-on-one executive coaching and company-wide consultancy on employee wellbeing and workplace cultures. His work is centred around demonstrating how sleep can improve performance in businesses, through improving business environments and interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Nick is currently researching the effects of light exposures on performance for his MSc at the University of Oxford through the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neuroscience. In addition to working with businesses, Nick works regularly in London with numerous elite athletes across a wide variety of sports, including Premier League footballers, ATP ranked tennis players, and Olympic athletes. He is also qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for Insomnia (CBTi) and is a member of the British Sleep Society (BSS). Nick regularly speaks, teaches and lectures in the field of sleep management with particular focus to how sleep can improve business and team environments, as well as improve individual performance for business leaders and athletes.
Nick lives with his fiancé Alice and is a patron of the Sidekick Community charity.
