A chartered psychologist, Natalie works at the intersection of wellbeing, health, and high-performance sport, with a focus on helping people find ways to live and work more meaningfully.

Her time is split between being a dedicated mental health practitioner (with a sports charity), an inquisitive academic (at a university) and a thoughtful learning coach (in the corporate sector)… Natalie’s bloody busy! Natalie works best when developing people, communicating insights, and evaluating impact – with values-driven behaviours central to all of her work.

Most importantly to Natalie, she’s a wife and a mother… and a wannabe surf bum.
