A passion for people being able to be their best and thrive underpins Lisa’s work. She is determined to make a positive impact on people in their day-to-day lives whether that’s in their own space or at work.

Lisa started her career in teaching and developed a path into mental health, wellbeing and workplace engagement after qualifying as a chartered psychologist and psychotherapist. Lisa strives to drive meaningful change in businesses, specialising in bespoke support, delivered in creative & practical ways to suit the business and their specific challenges. Interventions will be interactive and focused around moving businesses forward and bringing team members with you. She firmly believes that if we all started to do things a little bit differently, we’d achieve huge results. 

Her biggest priority is her family and Lisa loves throwing herself at life, enjoying the outdoors, being active and travelling around in her campervan.
